The BIPP is a key project in the governance priority sector of Belgium bilateral cooperation with Vietnam. The project aims to contribute to the social-economic development strategy of Vietnam and assist Vietnam to continue its economic growth to become an industrialized nation by the year 2020 through a strong force of S&T enterprises. |

General objective
The Overall Objective of this project aims to contribute to the social-economic development strategy of Vietnam and assist Vietnam to continue its economic growth to become an industrialized nation by the year 2020 through a strong force of Science &Technology enterprises.
Specific objective
To support the Ministry of Science & Technology (MoST) in developing an enabling environment for Research and Development SME's based on an improved legal framework and a set of coherent mechanisms for starting and operating Science &Technology incubators to enhance the Science & Technology SME sector.
