As part of the climate change program, the TSU is an essential part of the water, sanitation and waste management priority sector of Belgium bilateral cooperation with Vietnam. The project aims to contribute to sustainable development in Vietnam by strengthening capacity at provincial and national levels in integrated water resources management and urban development in relation to climate change. Partnered with the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the project raises the profile of sound evidence-based approaches to climate change adaptation and integrated approaches to water resources and urban development. |
