The 3 years project “Upgrading of the Commune Health Services in Hoa Binh Province” aims to improve the access to quality health care services for the population of the Province of Hoa Binh, especially for poor people. The project will contribute to the health policy development through regular feedback and information sharing with the central level. The means of the project (2,500,000 EUR) will allow to train health staff, develop & test complementary financial schemes, equip and upgrade health facilities and set up a Project Management Unit, advised by an International Public Health Expert and supported by short term national and international consultants. Scientific technical guidance will be provided by national and international institutes.
