Microfinance management skills of the Vietnam Women's Union in 17 provinces are increased
Workable operational units are installed and maintained in 17 provinces and headoffices
Program effectiveness is increased
Loan access for rural poor women through distributing a new Credit Revolving Fund in 150 communes in 17 provinces is increased
