The Study Fund finances, in whole or in part, studies, consultancies and expertise in support of the Palestinian ministries, governmental and semi-governmental bodies. Within this context, the Fund supports -in addition to other fields- the current priority sectors of the Palestinian-Belgian cooperation program: education and local governance as well as the strategic analysis of future priority sectors including development priorities. The capacity and institutional building of the Ministry of Finance and Planning is given special attention under the Fund.
