The Fund aiming at financing in full or in part studies and consultancies in the framework of the Belgian-Mozambican Development Co-operation, including , identification, preparation and follow-up studies of projects and programmes, investigations, missions, seminars, audits, evaluations and services. The Fund will be used on the basis of a mutual agreement between both Parties.
