Improve Moldova’s state institutions’ effectiveness for enhancing investment climate, opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship, and the creation of value added, notably for farmers and agriculture/food industry, and industrial sectors. To strengthen the institutional, technical, and operational capacity of the National Food Safety Agency (ANSA) to plan, implement, supervise, and enforce risk-based official controls across the entire agri-food chain at central, territorial, and border levels, in line with EU acquis and international standards.
