The objective of this project is to (1) improve Enabel’s expertise on the topics of the digital gender divide and digital rights based on targeted actions in this field and (2) share the expertise build up based on the implementation of this project at the Belgian and European level, more specifically at the level of the Africa branch of the D4D Hub (which should count as a contribution from Belgium to this mechanism).
