La CTB exécutera, sur financement de la Fondation Roi Baudoin (FRB), 2 projets d'appui à la société civile dans le cadre de la lutte contre le VIH-SIDA et fera pour ce faire appel à 2 organisations: "La Famille pour Vaincre le Sida" (FVS ) et Society for Woman against AIDS in Africa (SWAA)-Burundi.
