The Overall Objective (Impact) of this action is to contribute to the scaling up of the Global Gateway digital pillar in Team Europe approach via the D4D Hub. The Specific Objective (Outcome) of this Action is strengthening the role and capacities of the EU with its Member States in establishing international partnerships based on mutual interests in a Team Europe approach to boost digitalisation in partner countries by promoting investment, policy dialogue and outreach with a human rights-based and gender approach.
