This is a multi-country and multi-partner action that aims at strengthening the implementation of the EU Circular Economy Action Plan’s international objectives. The Secretariat will be based in Europe either in Brussels or Helsinki but activities will be carried out in Africa, the Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean. The overall objective of the action is to increase the uptake of sound circular economy policies and business models, based on peer-to-peer exchanges and partnerships between EU and third country stakeholders. It intends to set up and operate an EU CE Resource Centre. Set-up a secretariat for coordination role and helpdesk support.
