The "Schools 3" stands for the construction of Schools in the Palestinian Territory. Its general objective is to promote the quality of primary and secondary education in the Palestinian territory and to increase access to education through the creation of most cost-effective, child and environment friendly schools to enhance the working environment of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
