DG INTPA has mobilised a Team Europe consortium of Expertise France (lead), GIZ and Enabel to support the LCTTFA (Lobito Corridor Transit Transport Facilitation Agency) secretariat with the Lobito corridor management. The core objective is to accelerate the transformation of the LCTTFA from a coordination body into a credible, autonomous and fully operational Corridor Authority, capable of managing large-scale investments, improving corridor performance and supporting the evolution of the Lobito Corridor into a strategic economic corridor.
