General objective
Contribute to poverty reduction in line with the second Socio-Economic Development Plan (SEDP-II)-targets and with the Millenium Development Goal to eradicate extreme poverty .

Contribute to improved quality of, and equitable access to basic education in the provinces of Kampong Cham, Siem Reap and Otdar Meanchay within the framework of the Education Sector Support Programme (ESSP).
