The Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL) course was developed by Digital Education Heroes of the Teacher Training Education Project, a project implemented by Enabel and the Ministry of Education and Sports in Uganda.  This course equips teachers in National Teachers’ Colleges with 21st-century skills to create digital lessons.
