The project aims to contribute to improved quality of post primary education and training in NTCs Mubende and Kabale, as part of the Universal Post-Primary Education and Training (UPPET) as well as produce competent teachers through effective use of acquired management and pedagogical competencies and proper use of infrastructure and facilities.
