The 'PEMSEN' project (Pilot Project for Entrepreneurial Mobility) aims to facilitate and support the mobility of entrepreneurs and their employees, including aspiring innovative Senegalese entrepreneurs, in order to increase their economic opportunities. It aims at offering young entrepreneurs and employees with promising ideas effective access to mentoring / apprenticeship / skills development services both in Belgium and in Senegal.

This project includes two dimensions: (1) entrepreneurship and (2) international mobility within the framework of an individual / collective project to improve company performance and/or employee skills. It aims at supporting entrepreneurs for both business-creation and business-acceleration through exchanges and incubation / testing / peer-to-peer and B2B sharing experiences in Belgium.
The project specifically targets around 60 innovative entrepreneurs - based on their business project and/or entrepreneurship modalities and on the possibility to match them with interested enterprises in Belgium and/or with adapted programmes offered by Belgian business incubators.
