The Employment and Livelihood Programme (ELP): Socio economic Empowerment of Youth, Syrian Refugees and Women in Jordan is an EU funded action implemented by Enabel to strengthen economic inclusion and resilience among youth vulnerable groups in Jordan including youth, women, and Syrian refugees. Launched in September 2023 and running for 50 months until November 2027, the programme aims to expand access to decent employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for Jordanian youth, Syrian refugees, and women.
