The LOMESU project in Rwanda supports the development of logistics for Rwanda Medical Supplies and complements the ongoing EU-funded Kwigira programme. One of the main goals of the project is to assist Rwanda Medical Supplies in achieving ISO certification. Additionally, it aims to enhance quality management systems, including the integration of digitalisation. The project also focuses on improving the quality of data collection to facilitate better decision-making. Finally, it supports end-to-end supply chain management, with a particular emphasis on four districts.
