That’s exactly what the Learning Café aims to foster: an environment where Enabel colleagues and stakeholders come together to share experiences and explore new ways to drive impactful change. 

The today’s Learning Café - held on November 08, 2024 - focused on Skills Development, a crosscutting initiative implemented through the Urbanisation, Agriculture and Social Protection programmes.

Through a dynamic role play, the Skills Development team highlighted the practical applications of the initiative, and we were all thrilled to hear personal testimonies of programme beneficiaries, about how the Skills Development programme has made a difference in their lives and communities. 

Such learning exchanges will follow in other topics soon from various programmes to foster knowledge-sharing, and the collective effort towards achieving the Belgium-Rwanda cooperation’s objectives.
