Objectif général
Enhance sustainably the capacities of the Districts to deliver services and to implement their local economic development in respect of best governance practices
Objectifs spécifiques
A - The Districts capacity to develop a sustainable enabling environment for LED is enhanced through increasing non-earmarked resources and improved governance
B - Long Term Outcome 2: Districts' capacity to develop a sustainable environment for LED is enhanced
C - OC6: LED infrastructure implemented in 30 Districts and the city of Kigali
D - OC7: Innovative economic partnership projects are implemented through LCF in 4 pilot Districts to enhance pro-poor LED
E - OC8: LODA external Grants to support DDP’s implementation is executed in compliance with PFM regulatory framework
F - HQ managed lines, only to be used by HQ! - A n´utiliser que par HQ!
