Enabel funded the installation of a ramp at the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University premises in Kyiv. Mr. Shevtsov, Director of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Professional Qualifications, notes that the entrance to the facility has become much more accessible.

"Throughout my life, in all of my positions, both public and governmental, I have had to fight for the rights of people with disabilities and for us to be as mobile and autonomous as possible," explains Professor Andrii Shevtsov. "Now both my colleagues and I can reach our offices without asking for extra assistance, which is crucial for us."

"I use a special electric scooter which is quite bulky. Its turning radius is wider than that of a wheelchair," explains Professor Shevtsov. "Thank you for considering these details and ensuring the ramp is convenient for everyone."
