The BIPP is a key project in the governance priority sector of Belgium bilateral cooperation with Vietnam. The project aims to contribute to the social-economic development strategy of Vietnam and assist Vietnam to continue its economic growth to become an industrialized nation by the year 2020 through a strong force of S&T enterprises.
