Project summary

The present project aim at assisting Ugandan authorities and civil society stakeholders to roll out the national RBF policy in the Gulu region of Uganda. RBF is regarded as a strategic purchasing mechanism that replaces a financing system based on input-based financing towards a system of output-based financing: facilities are payed on the basis of their actual output. These payments allow the facilities to re-inject the revenue into the system and to finance new activities.
